Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions

By proceeding with your room rental purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Non-Refundable Reservations & Cancellation Policy

  • Hourly rentals must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Daily rentals require 48 hours' notice, and monthly rentals require 30 days' notice.

  • If your client cancels within the cancellation window, you remain responsible for the room fee.

  • Failure to cancel on time will result in full charges.

• Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged in writing.

  • A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card payments.

  • Late payments are subject to a $10/day late fee.

• Room Use & Scheduling

  • ​You must reserve your space using the designated scheduling system and include info@limitlessintegrativewellness.com in your booking.

  • Access includes shared amenities (staff room, coffee/tea, Wi-Fi, cleaning services, etc.).

• Liability & Damages

  • You are financially responsible for any damages to property, furnishings, or equipment during your rental period.

  • Limitless Integrative Wellness (LIW) is not liable for injury, loss, or damage to personal or client property.

• Insurance Requirement

  • All renters must provide proof of general liability insurance ($500,000 per occurrence / $1,000,000 aggregate) prior to rental.

  • The following must be listed as additional insured:

    • (1) 100 Mariners Way, LLC & L.J.B Real Estate Properties, LLC - 16 Hulse Road, East Setauket, NY 11733

    • (2) K. Scaglione Therapy, LLC - 100 Mariners Way, Port Jefferson, NY 11777

• Privacy & Compliance

  • Renters must maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA.

  • Violations may result in termination of your rental agreement and possible legal action.

• Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LIW, its owners, directors, and staff from any claims or liabilities arising from your rental or participation in the Collective.
