REQUIREMENTS
1. Insurance Coverage
Practitioners must hold their own insurance and list us as additionally insured.

All memberships are on a monthly contract that must be signed before your first booking.
To avoid automatic renewal, cancellations must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the renewal date (the 1st of each month).
Please note that all sales are final—no refunds will be issued.
Unused hours do not roll over to the next month.
