Join us for The Sound Within — an immersive sound bath healing experience designed to gently restore balance, deepen mindful presence, and reconnect you to your inner calm.
Led by Andrea Gonnella of Notes & Nirvana, this workshop invites participants of all experience levels to relax into a soothing blend of restorative sound and guided stillness. Through the use of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments, you'll be supported in releasing tension, calming the nervous system, and fostering a sense of clarity and ease.
This is a family-friendly experience open to ages 12 and up. Bring your older children and share the space to breathe, be still, and restore together.
No prior experience with meditation or sound healing is needed—just bring an open heart, a mat or blanket, and a willingness to slow down.
