About the event
Echoes of the Self is a deeply immersive healing sound bath designed to guide you inward—into stillness, resonance, and self-connection. Through the therapeutic use of sound frequencies, vibration, and intentional rest, participants are invited to release tension, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with their inner wisdom.
Led by Andrea Gonnella of Notes & Nirvana, this workshop offers a sacred space to slow down, listen deeply, and allow healing to unfold naturally as sound echoes through body, mind, and spirit.
This is a family-friendly experience open to ages 12 and up. Bring your older children and share the space to breathe, be still, and restore together.
No prior experience with meditation or sound healing is needed—just bring an open heart, a mat or blanket, and a willingness to slow down.
