Join Tara Lawless of Empowered Spirits Therapies on Wednesdays from 7pm-8pm as you enjoy the beautiful scenary in Port Jefferson, breathe deep the cool fresh air and bring your body peace during your week. Please note that the walk will be cancelled if there is inclement weather. We ask that a $5 donation be given so help support a local MS foundation.
